Diaper Deal reserves the right to update, modify or amend these Terms of Use at any time. Any changes will take effect once published on the website.

Cancellation of an Order

Once payment has been made, an order may only be cancelled if the cancellation request is made at least 2 working days before the scheduled delivery date.

Diaper Deal may cancel an order in circumstances including:

• The ordered product is out of stock.
• The product is unavailable.
• Incorrect product information has been displayed.
• An incorrect price has been advertised.
• Other unavoidable operational or technical reasons.

If an order is cancelled by Diaper Deal due to product unavailability or another valid reason, our Customer Care team will contact you and arrange an appropriate refund or replacement, where applicable.

Confirmation of Order

Once your order has been successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation through the website and/or by email or text message.

The confirmation may include:

• Your order confirmation number.
• Details of the products ordered.
• Delivery information.
• Payment information, where applicable.

For Cash on Delivery orders, our Customer Care team may contact you to verify and confirm your order before processing it.

Method of Delivery

Orders will be delivered to the delivery address provided by you when placing your order.

Standard delivery is generally completed within 3 to 5 working days. A delivery charge may be added to the total order value depending on your delivery location and order details.

Same-day delivery may be available for selected products and selected locations only.

Where the delivery location is close to one of our stores, delivery may be completed in less than 5 working days.

For certain locations outside Colombo and other distant areas, delivery may take approximately 4 to 7 working days or longer due to unavoidable circumstances.

• Other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Any delivery period stated on our website is an approximate estimate based on previous delivery durations.

The estimated delivery period does not constitute a guaranteed delivery date, condition or warranty.

Diaper Deal will make reasonable efforts to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, but delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control.
