Return and Exchange Policy

1. Exchange Requirements

To be eligible for an exchange, the following conditions must be met:

• The item must be returned within 30 days from the date of purchase together with the original bill or invoice.
• The item must be in its original, fully resalable condition with all original tags, labels and packaging intact, including price tags, brand labels and Diaper Deal stickers, where applicable.
• The item must not have been used, opened, damaged or altered in any way.

2. Refunds

No cash or cheque refunds will be provided under any circumstances.

3. Exchange Procedure

If you wish to exchange an item, please refer to your original bill or invoice and contact the outlet shown on the invoice.

The relevant outlet staff will provide instructions regarding the location where the product should be returned.

4. Promotional Items

If an item was purchased under an online promotion or special offer, the value considered for the exchange will be based on the promotional selling price paid at the time of purchase.

5. Credit Notes

Where applicable, a credit note may be issued for the value stated on the original invoice.

The credit note will be valid for 14 days from the date of return and must be used within the stated validity period.

6. Defective Products

If a product is found to have a genuine product defect, Diaper Deal may arrange a courier collection of the item.

Where the defect is confirmed and eligible under this policy, the applicable courier cost will be borne by Diaper Deal.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Opened packages.
• Used products.
• Damaged packages.
• Products with removed or damaged Diaper Deal stickers.
• Products that are not in their original resalable condition.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is currently available in the following locations:

• Negombo
• Ja-Ela
• Kandana
• Wattala

The maximum order value eligible for Cash on Delivery is Rs. 10,000.

Orders exceeding this amount may require an alternative payment method.

Vouchers

Vouchers cannot be exchanged or refunded for cash.

All vouchers must be used on or before their stated expiry date.

Changes to This Policy

Diaper Deal reserves the right to amend, update or change this Return and Exchange Policy and related terms and conditions where necessary.

Updated terms will apply from the date they are published or otherwise communicated by Diaper Deal.
